OP Jindal University, Demonstrating Engineering

Jindal Education and Welfare Society gave birth to OP Jindal University, to impart standard education and to develop the approach of the existing methodology. University’s mission is to create leaders for tomorrow and aims at the elevation & growth in development. Our specialized faculty will provide immense training with exposure in the field to swell student’ dictionary.

B.Tec Programme

First year knowledge will be based on Physics, Chemistry, Engineering Drawing and Computer Science, additional courses like Professional Development, Humanities and management subjects will be provided to widely explore different sectors.

M.Tec Programme 

The three basic components of this programme are: Course work, series of research seminars, industrial/internship training. Course work is therefore elaborated into two

Categories: core courses and elective courses. Core programme is compulsory for all the students whereas elective programme follows the approach of professionalism. Elective brings out something special and broad subsequently the training.

The school of Engineering offers five full time courses with types of degrees. Civil Engineering

This department is constructed with highly effective tools and efficient labs providing the latest knowledge with technology. Expertise will involve students in learning of the on-field module of design, construction, and environment. The department is occupied with licensed software like Primavera, STAAD, Pro-2010, and Auto-CAD.

Computer Science & Engineering

Department is proved to be productive, it ensures the learning of cloud computation, deals in the learning of software, algorithm, complexity, theories, logic and everything! Training on software like HTML5, computer networks, C++, cyber security will be provided. University is linked to other international universities to create a global environment among students. Students cannot compromise in cut-throat training and research development.

Mechanical Engineering

The most productive machines are found here. We have 20 labs and 30 types of different and latest equipment. Use of innovation-driven software like Scorbot-ER 9 Robot, CNC lathe machine, CNC milling machine, wind tunnel, Lab View and ANSYS will enhance the learning process. Also, Robotics center has been developed to let the students avail education in the new growing field.

Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

The department ensures supremacy of research infrastructure, it is one of the departments which offers proximity and blow-up manufacturing facilities of JSPL, NSPL and SSD. Department is famous for providing first-hand information, excels in mentor-ship in mechanical testing, environmental degradation, X-Ray diffraction, and computational materials science will be highly entertained.
